He decided to open up a similar shop after his two sons became interested in model trains. The store carries both new and old train sets, most of which remain in mint condition in the box. The trains are priced lower than those that could be bought on many online sites. For the older collectors, Choo Choo Works has no shortage of collectible Lionel trains, including rare sets. Tony Shockwave, owner of Choo Choo Works, purchased the archives from the Lionel Century Club. Many of the historic engine models will come with copies of the blueprints from the actual trains, certification and documentation, as well as a special display case from Lionel. We keep our displays in mint condition. We have a wide array of different sets, including a train set made of solid gold.
