Pips Alert Claims / Reviews Reviewing Signals Claim Reports & Back-Testing Them!
Hello,
The internal investigation team went in and looked at the data pip by pip, down to the micro. It’s true,
we hit BE by just 2.9 pips, pipsalert review in turn we have over ruled the trade. At times we make
human error, but will always 100% make sure it’s fixed.
We have made correct changes and announced it as well.
If ever find any trade that is not tracked in the correct manner, always contact us and our internal
investigation team will double check and report properly. We always let the charts speak for
themselves.
Thanks for understanding and reporting that in.
Another internal investigation was done and things have been corrected. The data entry team had to
work on two platforms this week with the trading departments, and especially a crazy week as things
are transitioning to a new platform. This is in no way of us making excuses, but we shall live to our goal
of being honest.
The trade was over ruled.
A trader reported that the signal below ended up only doing 55 pips, pips alert review instead of the
claimed 90+ pips by the company.
Our team decided to dig deeper and see what actually happened.
First Signal
USDCHF SELL 1.00400
TP 0.99400 | SL 1.00700
Later Update
Move Stoploss 1.00900
And Set Sell Limit 1.00600
As you can see above 10/24-25 is when the first signal was sent out;
Then they later updated for a pending order to add in on 10/29 and also move of stop loss.
The pending order ended up hitting, then the BE alert got posted on 11/1, this is where the trader might
have mistaken for a close of 55 pips, Pips Alert signals review instead the BE did not return as you can
see.
They signal a close of original entry at 0 pips after major pull back/draw-down, but later they closed 90
pips with the other entry.
Conclusion
