Our collective quest for justice and peace cannot be accomplished by intellectual or professional training alone. We each need an operative spirituality to support us in cultivating the imagination, courage, and resilience needed to create a more kind, equitable, and sustainable world. We consider ourselves part of a growing 21st-century movement that is drawing on the world’s long history of contemplative practices from across wisdom traditions. Such practices form the foundation of what we all need to create spaces that encourage personal and collective exploration of identity, belief, purpose, values, connection, presence, and trust.
