60% <strong>and</strong> by 85%. Those two numbers will be the range of your<br />

tar<strong>get</strong>ed heart rate that you want <strong>to</strong> stay with<strong>in</strong> when work<strong>in</strong>g out<br />

<strong>in</strong> your exercise rout<strong>in</strong>e.<br />
