“Oh, Grant,” Christina said. “I’m just kidding<br />

“Okay,” said Grant. “But I bet you didn’t<br />

the <strong>Iditarod</strong>, in 1985!” He pumped up his chest like<br />

a proud rooster and tucked Mimi’s My First Pocket<br />

“That may be true,” said Christina. “But,<br />

Susan Butcher is a four-time winner and the first<br />

pers<strong>on</strong> ever to win three <strong>Iditarod</strong> races in a row.”<br />

“Oh, you think you are so smart. But, did you<br />

know that the capital of Alaska is Juneau?” Grant asked.<br />

“I know, but do Ju-neau?” Christina<br />

popped back.<br />

“You are so funny, I forgot to laugh,” Grant<br />

said, as they both broke into giggles.<br />
