How would you rate the level of interest in playing in the UK?<br />
Have you noticed an increase in participation because of the last two Olympics?<br />
“I think since the girls’ Olympic gold medal, Time and again I seeing junior<br />
it has increased the participation an incredible participation in particular increase and this<br />

and that is a huge chance for us to showcase<br />
and see how we are doing after the hard work<br />
we have done. We are fortunate that England<br />
<strong>Hockey</strong> provide funding for the group to train<br />
professionally.<br />

For instance when we return to training we may<br />
not even play hockey for a block (4 weeks) as<br />
the fitness and conditioning are as important as<br />
the skills we bring onto the pitch. So progression How important is the product that you use<br />
from the bronze medals we have won recently on the pitch?<br />
(as well as the Sultan Azlan Cup results) is the<br />

The product is incredibly important to me.<br />
Having input into the design of the slightly<br />
different touch glove (I have the two middle<br />
fingers cut out so that the glove just protects the<br />
back of the hand as this is the most important<br />
area to avoid injury) and using such incredibly<br />
light sticks makes a huge difference to my game.
