Documentation, including departure
information, tour itinerary, travel tips and other
travel information will be provided approximately
two to three weeks prior to departure. Tour
provided by Allied Tours. Tour prices are effective
as of November 1, 2018 and are subject to
fluctuation due to energy rates. Our best effort has
been made to publish this information as accurately
as possible. The right is reserved to correct rates
as deemed necessary by fuel price conditions.
Traveler Responsibilities, Terms & Conditions
Allied Tours, Inc. (AT) acts only as agents
for suppliers. AT is not responsible for acts or
omissions of the suppliers or their failure to
provide services or adhere to their own schedules
and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss,
accident, delay or irregularity, and can accept no
liability for losses or personal injury or property
damage, or additional expenses due to delay or
changes in bus or other services, sickness, weather,
strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism, or other causes.
All such losses or expenses will have to be borne
by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept
or withdraw any tour if circumstances require.
AT reserves the right to make any changes for the
benefit of the tour and/or tour members including
canceling the tour if necessary. All rates are subject
to change and are based on current tariffs available
and current exchange rates as of October 1, 2018.
AT or property owners are not liable for any loss/
damage to vehicles parked at departure locations.
All baggage is at owner’s risk. The purchase of
baggage and travel insurance covering
cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage, etc.,
is recommended. The issuance and acceptance of
tickets/vouchers or the payment of the required
deposit or any partial or full payment for
reservations on these trips shall be deemed to be
consent to these conditions.

The usual contract in use by
the airlines and other transportation
companies when issued, shall constitute the sole
contract between the purchaser of the tour and/
or the passenger. The services of any ARC and/or
IATAN carrier may be used on this program. AT
has no special knowledge regarding the financial
condition of the suppliers or unsafe conditions
at locations to which you may travel. You assume
full responsibility for checking and verifying any
and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry
requirements of your destination(s), and all
conditions regarding health, safety, security,
political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such
destination(s). Passengers hereby release AT from
all claims arising out of any problem covered in
these paragraphs and agree that the courts in
Madison Co., NE will be the exclusive jurisdiction
for all claims brought by you or AT.

Day 1: Depart
Our adventure begins as we transfer to the
Omaha airport on our international flight, and
wing our way over the Atlantic to Edinburgh,
Scotland!
Day 2: Edinburgh
You will be welcomed at the airport by your Tour
manager and embark on a guided tour of the
high-lights of the city. Enjoy a visit to the historic
Edinburgh castle and a perfect photo op from
Calton Hill and many iconic monuments and
buildings. Enjoy a welcome drink prior to your
included 3-course dinner at the hotel. Dinner
Overnight at Apex Waterloo, Edinburgh
Day 3: Edinburgh
After enjoying your Scottish breakfast at the hotel,
a day of historical adventure awaits. You will see
the famous Forth Road Bridge as you head out
of the city. You’ll visit Dunfermline Abbey where
some of Scotland’s medieval monarchs were
buried, and famed as the location for the Da Vinci
code movie.
We will also visit Stirling Castle, childhood home
of Mary, Queen of Scots. Return to your hotel to
freshen up ahead of tonight’s special evening of
Scottish food, music and dancing at the Spirit of
Scotland show. Breakfast, Dinner
Overnight at Apex Waterloo, Edinburgh
Day 4: Edinburgh-Inverness
After breakfast, it’s time to say farewell to
Edinburgh as we start our journey North. In St.
Andrews, we visit what remains of the Cathedral
(dates back to 1158) and the Castle ruins. Many
know St. Andrews for it’s prominence in the
World of Golf, known worldwide as the home of
golf. We will visit the Old Course shop and enjoy
lunch in the Swilcan Restaurant. After lunch, we
will continue our journey passing through the
Cairngorms National Park on our way to our destination
Inverness, capital of the Scottish Highlands
region. Enjoy a 3-course dinner at our hotel
this evening. Breakfast, Lunch Dinner
Overnight at Pentahotel, Inverness
Day 5: Inverness
Enjoy another Scottish breakfast this morning.
Today will give you the opportunity to explore
Inverness at your own pace. Your tour manager
can help you plan visits to the Castle, Cathedral,
Victorian Market or the Waterfront. An optional
tour to the Isle of Skye may also be arranged on
this day, liaise locally with your tour manager.
Breakfast. Overnight at Pentahotel, Inverness
Day 6: Inverness-Glasgow
Following breakfast, your day begins with the
high-lights of Inverness, you will see the ancient
Inverness castle and the Caledonian canal. Leaving
Inverness, we head to the nearby lakeside
town of Loch Ness, famed in Scottish folklore for
the Loch Ness Monster, Nessie. You’ll see Urquhart
Castle on the opposite banks of the loch as
we travel south towards Glencoe. We will make a
detour to the small town of Glenfinnan to see the
viaduct, famed as a railway bridge which appeared
in four of the Harry Potter movies. Continue to
Scotland’s second city, Glasgow. A 3-course dinner
is included at your hotel. Breakfast, Dinner
Overnight at Apex City, Glasgow
Day 7: Glasgow
Breakfast this morning is followed by a half-day
guided tour of the key sights of the city. You will
visit the Glasgow cathedral with it’s ornate stained
glass windows and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery &
Museum with it’s diverse Scottish & International
Art. This afternoon, enjoy free time for shopping
or independent exploration. Celebrate your last
evening in Scotland with dinner and drinks at a
traditional Scottish pub. Toast your amazing adventures!

Overnight at Apex City, Glasgow
Day 8: Glasgow-Home
One final Scottish breakfast and then it’s time to
head to the airport, say your goodbyes to your
tour manager and embark on your
journey home. Breakfast
