Dear Travel Friends,

I had never shot a clay pigeon before in my life. But my brotherin-law

is a marksman and wanted me to try it, so I did. And I’m

glad I did.

It was fun! In fact, I hit the first four clay pigeons I shot!

Have you tried something new lately? I know there is comfort in

the routines of life, but we can sure miss out on life’s adventures if

If you live 60+ miles from our pick-up point, or fly in to join a motorcoach tour, you qualify

to stay the night before departure on a Prestige tour departing earlier than 7:00 am.

Prestige/Classic Tours

Our Prestige tours include home pick-ups in selected cities, the Ultra Coach on selected

tours, and Stay the Night on Us. Classic tours have the same quality but without the services

before and after the tour.

3. Send your deposit. The deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation. Please

Tour prices in this publication are effective as of October 1, 2021, and are subject to fluctuation due to the

U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as

We recommend travel insurance to protect your payments from cancellation fees. Your trip investment is

CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN (CPP) - MOTORCOACH TOURS ONLY

Tour payments can be protected from cancellation charges for a nominal fee when traveling on one of our

motorcoach tours. The CPP must be purchased prior to or at final payment. For complete plan information,

please contact Allied or your local travel advisor.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your

single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30” x 21” x 11” and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small

carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not

included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where

available.

INSPIRATION & FAITH

Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour

directors share a “Thought for the Day,” verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.

TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDS

Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. Allied

Tour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger

would be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may be

required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds

will be issued for unused portions of the tour.

Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist

with your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come along

to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for the

entire group and can’t provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruise

ships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you have

any questions.

SINGLE TRAVELERS

Single travelers are guaranteed one seat on the motorcoach and may be seated next to another traveler if

the tour is full.

DOMESTIC AIR TOURS

A government-issued photo I.D. (i.e., driver’s license or passport) is required for all tours utilizing air

transportation within the United States and selected motorcoach tours. Allied requests a copy of your

license to confirm hassle-free flight travel.

CANADA

Tours entering Canada: A valid U.S. passport book is required to enter Canada by air. This

requirement also applies for Alaska cruises as you will disembark in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tours entering Canada by land will require a valid U.S. passport book or passport card. (Passport

card is valid for land entry only.) A passport book or passport card must not expire within six months

of your return. Canada may deny entry due to past criminal, misdemeanor, DUI, or other offenses.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

A valid U.S. passport book that does not expire within six (6) months from the date of your

Allied Tours, Inc. (AT) acts only as an agent for suppliers. AT is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or

their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules & assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident,

delay, or irregularity, & can accept no liability for losses or personal injury or property damage, or additional

expenses due to delay or changes in the bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism,

or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept

or withdraw any tour if circumstances require it. AT reserves the right to make any changes for the benefit of the

tour and/or tour members, including canceling the tour if necessary. All rates are subject to change & are based

on current tariffs available & current exchange rates as of October 1, 2021. AT or property owners are not liable

for any loss/damage to vehicles parked at departure locations. All baggage is at the owner’s risk. The purchase

of baggage & travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage, etc., is recommended. The

issuance and acceptance of tickets/vouchers or the payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment

for reservations on these trips shall be deemed to be consent to these conditions. No refund or unused portions of

the tour can be made unless agreed to prior to the departure of the tour. The usual contract in use by the airlines

and other transportation companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of the

tour and/or the passenger. The services of any ARC and/or IATAN carrier may be used on this program. AT has no

special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers or unsafe conditions or climate of locations to

which you may travel. You assume full responsibility for checking & verifying any & all passport, visa, vaccination,

or other entry requirements of your destination(s) & all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability,

and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Passengers hereby release AT from all claims arising out of any

problem covered in these paragraphs & agree that the courts In Madison Co., NE will be the exclusive jurisdiction

for all claims brought by you or AT. Travelers may be photographed for the promotional purposes of AT.
