IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATIONHOW TO MAKE A RESERVATIONReserving your place on an Allied tour is as simple as 1-2-31. Choose a tour from the catalog or online at www.AlliedTT.com.2. Call Allied Tour to check availability and give passenger details. Call 402-371-3840 or Toll Free1-800-672-1009, or book online at AlliedTT.com.3. Send your deposit. The deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation. Pleasesee below for deposit amounts. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit once yourpayment is received.DEPOSITS•Motorcoach Tours – $100 per person•Domestic Air & Rail Tours – $300 per person•New York Baseball & Broadway – $400 per person•International Tours – $400 per person•Football Tours – $350 per person, Non-refundableDeposits are subject to change.FINAL PAYMENTFinal payment is due 45-90 days prior to departure, or as stated on your depositstatement.You may remit by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AmericanExpress.FINAL DOCUMENTSTravel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has beenreceived. IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION CONT.TRAVEL INSURANCEWe recommend travel insurance to protect your payments from cancellation fees. Your trip investment isworth protecting, and travel insurance is the best way to safeguard against unexpected events that canprevent you from traveling and being assessed significant cancellation, interruption, medical, or other fees.Contact Allied for travel insurance information.CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN (CPP) - MOTORCOACH TOURS ONLYTour payments can be protected from cancellation charges for a nominal fee when traveling on one of ourmotorcoach tours. The CPP must be purchased prior to or at final payment. For complete plan information,please contact Allied or your local travel advisor.BAGGAGE ALLOWANCEPortage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, yoursingle bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30” x 21” x 11” and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Smallcarry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is notincluded in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels whereavailable.INSPIRATION & FAITHDue to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tourdirectors share a “Thought for the Day,” verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDSTours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. AlliedTour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passengerwould be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may berequired to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refundswill be issued for unused portions of the tour.Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assistwith your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come alongto help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for theentire group and can’t provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruiseships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you haveany questions.SINGLE TRAVELERSSingle travelers are guaranteed one seat on the motorcoach and may be seated next to another traveler ifthe tour is full.ACTIVITY LEVEL1 2 3 4 5Level 1: Low activity levelLevel 2: Requires average physical activity. You should be in good health, able to climb stairs andwalk reasonable distances.Level 3: Requires moderate physical activity. There may be longer days; travelers should have theability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.Level 4: Requires above average physical activity. You should be able to walk distances and bephysically fit to fully enjoy the tour.
