Begin your morning at the Penrose Heritage Museum at the
Broadmoor. The museum showcases the history and heritage of
the Pikes Peak region. This afternoon, board the Royal Gorge
Route Railroad holiday lunch train. Enjoy spectacular views of the
breathtaking Royal Gorge and the mighty Arkansas River. Next
stop, Michael Garman’s Museum. Explore the 3.000 sq. ft. familyfriendly
miniature city filled with hundreds of handmade characters,
holograms, and visual effects. This evening, enjoy a fun-filled musical
evening at the Flying W Ranch. You will be captivated by a musical
performance by the world-renowned Flying W Wranglers. The
Wranglers will perform a Western Christmas Jubilee that will make
your heart sing and take you back to years gone by.
DAY 3•U.S. OLYMPIC/PARALYMPIC MUSEUM/GARDEN OF
THE GODS/GLEN EYRIE CASTLE MADRIGAL BANQUET (B, D)
Tour the incredible U.S. Olympic/Paralympic Museum. The U.S.
Olympic Hall of Fame’s new home is a dynamic tribute to inductees
– including athletes, coaches, leaders, and supporters of the U.S.
Olympic and Paralympic movement—and their compelling stories.
Next, we will pick up our step-on-guide for a narrated tour of the
Garden of the Gods. Our final evening entertainment in Colorado
Springs will surprise and delight you! Pageantry, pomp, and plated
pleasures await you at Glen Eyrie Castle as royal guests. Enjoy
a Madrigal Banquet with Chorale Singers, Bell Choirs, Lutists
and Flutists, Bagpipes & Trumpets, and many other spectacular
performances over a savory 5-course meal.
DAY 4•HAMMOND CANDIES TOUR/CHRISTKINDLMARKET/
MOLLY BROWN HOUSE MUSEUM/CIRQUE HOLIDAY SHOW AT
GAYLORD ROCKIES (B)
Start your morning with a sweet treat and tour of Hammond’s Candies,
a candy manufacturer of hard candies and chocolates for over 100
years. The next stop is the Christkindlmarket, a quaint winter market
for traditional Bavarian nibbles, artisan crafts, sweets, and holiday gift
items. We will continue the fun with a Molly Brown House Museum
tour, home of the “The Unsinkable Molly Brown.” The final attraction is
the dazzling Christmas Cirque production at the Gaylord Rockies.
