• FSMS to learn the tools and become familiar with the methodology of<br />

analysis and synthesis<br />

• Understanding the implementation of ISO 22000<br />

• Reminder HACCP<br />

• <strong>Training</strong> in Hazard Analysis methodology and use of specific tools<br />

• Presentation of specific terminology due to ISO 22000<br />

• Presentation of the documentation requirements according to ISO 22000<br />

• Presentation of the requirements for internal and external<br />

communications, preparedness and response to emergencies and<br />

management review<br />

• Presentation of the requirements for resource management according to<br />

ISO 22000<br />

• Presentation of the requirements for the validation of combinations of<br />

control measures, control of monitoring and measurement, verification<br />

of the management system of food safety and improvement.<br />

• Case studies, exercises and tutorials on ISO 22000<br />
