Passenger coaching training for masters, officers and other personnel
designated on the muster list to assist passengers in emergency
situations.

Training in managing crisis situations and human behavior to the
captain, chief engineer, chief mate, second engineer (level direction) and
any person designated on the muster to be responsible for the safety of
passengers in situations emergency.
Passenger safety training and cargo and hull integrity for the captain,
chief engineer, chief mate, second engineer (level direction) and any
person directly responsible for loading, unloading or cargo lashing or
closing hull openings on board ro-ro passenger safety of passengers in
emergency situations
