review, pursuant to the authority and criteria contained in<br />

the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Director<br />

has analyzed these proposed projects and found that they are<br />

listed among the classes of projects that have been determined not to<br />

have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Therefore, the<br />

projects are categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The<br />

Planning Director has further determined that none of the six exceptions<br />

to the use of a categorical exemption apply to these projects<br />

(CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2). A written staff report will be<br />

available at or before the hearing for the project. All persons wishing<br />

to address the Commission regarding these matters will be afforded an<br />

opportunity in accordance with the Commission's procedures. Copies<br />

of all related documents are available for review at City Hall during<br />

regular business hours. Written comments may be presented to the<br />

Planning Commission at any time prior to the beginning of the public<br />

hearing.<br />

LOCAL APPEAL - A decision of the Planning Commission may be<br />

appealed to the City Council by an aggrieved person by written statement<br />

setting forth the grounds for appeal. An appeal shall be filed with<br />

the City Clerk within ten days following the date of action for which<br />

the appeal is made and shall be accompanied by an appeal form and<br />

FISCAL YEAR END REPORT<br />

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing<br />

will be held by the Board of Supervisors<br />

(Board) regarding the intention of the Board<br />

to Update the County of Los Angeles Developer<br />

Fee Program for the benefit of the Consolidated<br />

Fire Protection District of Los Angeles<br />

County and to consider the Developer<br />

Fee Funds 2017-18 Fiscal Year End Report.<br />

Said hearing will be held on January 22,<br />

2019, at 1:00 p.m., in the Hearing Room of<br />

the Board of Supervisors, Room 381B, Kenneth<br />

Hahn Hall of Administration, 500 West<br />

Temple Street (corner of Temple Street and<br />

Grand Avenue), Los Angeles, California<br />

90012. The Board of Supervisors will consider<br />

and may adopt the updated Developer<br />

Fee Detailed Fire Station Plan dated September<br />

2018 and the Developer Fee Funds<br />

2017-18 Fiscal Year End Report. Further, notice<br />

is given that the Board of Supervisors<br />

may continue this hearing from time to time.<br />
