Five-Week French Immersion
- SUMMER
Overview of the program
The schedule of classroom sessions, workshops, organized cultural and sporting activities
maximizes the students’ exposure to the French language and culture to ensure an
ideal learning experience. You will be charmed by the region’s scenery and its beautiful
sunsets. Our Program attracts sports enthusiasts as well as budding musicians. On the first
day of the Program, students will be assessed to ensure proper class placement. Qualified,
experienced and friendly instructors work with students to achieve the proficiency
expected at each level, from beginner to advanced.
Levels
• 3 beginner levels • 3 intermediate levels • 2 advanced levels
Placement tests are given on the first day of school and groups are formed by levels.
Each class has about 20 students. The number of classes is adjusted according to the
number of registered students and their language placement test results.
Eligibility (12 years old and over)
International student applicants must be attending at least Grade 7
(Secondary 1 in Québec).
Fees
Registration fee: CAD 275
Tuition and residency: CAD 3,000 (CAD 600 / week)
(Full board, 3 meals / day)
Total: CAD 3,275
Duration and Dates
5 weeks: July 1 to August 2, 2019

Three-Week French Immersion
- SCHOOL YEAR PREPARATION
Overview of the program
The regular school year’s three-week preparation program is the continuation of
the five-week summer program and can be considered as a prerequisite for the
regular school year. The schedule of classroom sessions, workshops, organized
cultural and sporting activities maximizes the students’ exposure to the French
language and culture to ensure an ideal learning experience.
Levels
• 3 beginner levels • 3 intermediate levels • 2 advanced levels
Placement tests are given on the first day of school and groups are formed by levels.
Each class has about 20 students. The number of classes is adjusted according to the
number of registered students and their language placement test results.

Regular School Year
- WITH FRANCISATION
Overview of the program
Students registered for the complete school year at the Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-
Pocatière have the opportunity to pursue a quality education in a completely safe environment.
What’s more, students have the possibility to participate in different programs and
concentrations thereby living out their passions. At the end of their secondary / high school
years, students can receive two diplomas, one from the Ministry of Education and High
Studies (MEES) of Quebec and the diploma of their local educational institution.
