Gymnastics, Trampoline<br />
& Cheer<br />
Learn basic gymnastics, tumbling<br />
and trampoline skills. Introductory<br />
acrobatic gymnastics skills are also<br />
taught. Cheerleading focuses on<br />
motions, jumps, cheers and dance.<br />
Group games are also a part of each<br />
day. All levels of ability are welcome.<br />
A performance of all skills learned is<br />
presented at the end of each week.<br />

Parkour <strong>Camp</strong><br />
Students learn Parkour moves and<br />
elements while incorporating safe<br />
gymnastics techniques. They will learn<br />
balance, agility, and vaulting techniques<br />
to master various Ninja Warrior - type<br />
obstacle courses.<br />

Skateboarding and<br />
Swim<br />
Learn to skateboard or improve<br />
your skills. Join Rockville’s crew as<br />
you learn to push, ride, ollie, kickflip,<br />
grind and drop-in. Skate park<br />
etiquette and safety is a priority.<br />
Skaters must bring a skateboard,<br />
helmet, knee and elbow pads, wrist<br />
guards, water and snack. After a<br />
great skateboarding session, cool off<br />
for a few hours at the Rockville pool.<br />
This camp is weather dependent.<br />
Any missed dates will be made up on<br />
Friday.<br />

Rockville Express<br />
Baseball<br />
Learn the fundamentals of baseball or<br />
hone advanced skills with Rockville<br />
Express coaches and college allstars.<br />
Designed for all ability levels,<br />
the camp focuses on comprehensive<br />
skill development in hitting, pitching,<br />
fielding, catching, base running and<br />
teamwork. <strong>Camp</strong>ers are grouped<br />
by age and skill level, and compete<br />
in daily games and other baseball<br />
activities. <strong>Camp</strong>ers must provide<br />
a baseball glove and water bottle;<br />
all other equipment is provided.<br />
<strong>Camp</strong>ers receive a free pass to<br />
attend a Rockville Express home<br />
game. PM Extended Day option (3-<br />
5:30 p.m.) is available for registration<br />
with this program. Note: <strong>Camp</strong><br />
will meet in light rain but may be<br />
cancelled in bad weather.<br />
