Register Early
Many of our camps fill quickly! So if you want your first
choice, we encourage early registration.
Registration
Registration begins Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 8:30 a.m. via online,
mail-in, fax and drop-off registration. All registrations received
before Jan. 22 will be processed beginning Jan. 22.
Payment Plans
Register early to take full advantage of the payment
plan options:
Summer Camps: Jan. 22 – March 14
• The payment plan divides the amount due into
four payments.
• A portion of the fees are due at the time of
registration with the remaining payments due on
March 15, April 15, and May 15
Summer Camps: March 14 – May 14
• The payment plan divides the amount due into
two payments.
• A portion of the fees are due at the time of
registration with the remaining payment due on
May 15.
Summer Playgrounds: Jan. 22 – May 14
• The payment plan divides the amount due into
two payments.
• A portion of the fees are due at the time of
registration with the remaining payment due on
May 15.
• Payment plans are not available for Playground
Extras.
A credit or debit card is necessary to access the
payment plan option.
This option must be selected at the time of
registration.
Payment Plans are not available after May 14.
Outstanding balances after May 20, 2019 could result
in the child being withdrawn from the program.
To sign up for the payment plan option,
select the payment plan option online during check
out or check the payment plan box on the registration
form.

How To Register
• Complete the Registration Form
(one for each child).
• Registration Form may be duplicated.
• Separate payment is necessary for each family. Each
registration is processed separately. Every effort will
be made to accommodate requests that children be
placed together, though there is no guarantee.
Payment must be made upon registration using Visa,
MasterCard or check, made payable to the City of
Rockville. Note: There is a $35 returned check charge.

cannot be transferred from one child to another.
