While some boards will<br />

see uncontested races welcoming<br />

back incumbents,<br />

others will see highly contested<br />

races such as the<br />

Lake Forest Ward 3 Alderman<br />

election.<br />

Lake Forest City Mayor<br />

Mayor Robert T.E. Lansing<br />

announced he will not seek<br />

re-election.<br />

The Lake Forest Caucus<br />

slated George Pandaleon,<br />

who is running unopposed.<br />

John Noble graduated<br />
