MIDDLETON HISTORICAL MUSEUM

Built in 1867, the museum contains
information, collections and artifacts
donated by early settlers. Open
Tuesdays and Saturdays from mid-April
through mid-October from 1-4pm, or by
appointment for group tours.
MUSEUM AT THE DEPOT

Built in 1856, this depot was an active
passenger station until 1960 and a freight
depot until 1975. Today, it is on the National
Register of Historic Places and serves as the
Middleton Visitor Center and home of the
Middleton Tourism Commission.

The beautiful Performing Arts Center at
Middleton High School is a work of art fit
for many types of cultural performances,
presentations or meetings. A distinctive
glass exterior designed by James Moravec
of Potter Lawson gives way to a stunning
interior featuring wood paneling and brick.

The 550-acre conservancy protects
Pheasant Branch Creek, which supplies
Lake Mendota with 1,800 gallons of
crystal-clear water every minute. Visitors
