5 2018 Staff Update, Amy Jennings Director of Parish Life As we continue through this time of transition, St. Peter’s staff has remained steadfast and strong in service to our parish family. Fr. Chris’ time as Interim Rector brought a joyful and spiritual presence for the parish and the staff. Although Fr. Chris is our Part-Time rector, was always available for parish and staff. Our staff continues to meet the needs of not only our church, but also our two outreach missions: St. Peter’s Preschool & Kindergarten and MaxLIfe Afterschool and Camps. Our staff for the church, school and MaxLife combined has grown to 59. With 24 Church employees funded by the General Fund, 10 MaxLife employees funded by MaxLife and 25 Preschool & Kindergarten employees funded by the school. St. Peter’s has three categories of staff: . Full-time (FT) Exempt staff or works 32 hours per week Part-Time (PT) Work 10 to 28 hours per week As Needed (AN) Works less than 10 hours per week Across all three organizations, the majority of staff is part-time while our five full-time Directors collaborate to continue to shepherd the Lord’s work at St. Peter’s and lead each group towards our shared mission and goal to share the love and joy of Jesus Christ. *Note these numbers do not include the season MaxLife Summer Camp staff.
6 Church Staff Overview Our Church staff are represented by four departments (reflected in chart below) Worship – 7 staff – 35%: Our interim rector Fr. Chris,was part-time staff as well as our Organist-Choirmaster and Contemporary Worship Leader. Our choral scholars program are as needed staff. Operations – 4 staff -- 20 % 1 full-time staff and 3 part-time staff: our bookkeeper and sextons.
