fifth annual Take a Chance
for Change Bingo Fundraiser.
A $27 non-refundable

will receive prizes. There
will also be a cash bar and
food available for purchase.

will benefit Alliance Against

Homer Glen Junior Woman’s
Club Favorite Teacher Award
The Homer Glen Junior
Woman’s Club is asking all
Homer Community Consolidated
School District
33C students in grades one
through eight to nominate a
favorite teacher of theirs, either
past or present, by writing
an essay. This year, there
will be a drawing contest for
students in kindergarten. All
essays should be 200 words
or less and may be submitted
to the school office or
emailed to HGJWC@yahoo.
com no later than Feb. 15.
