artwork and specify
your exact colours...
We suggest you follow these easy steps to ensure you
have the right information to place your order:
1. Select a shirt to fit your budget, then come up with a
design. If you don’t know what you want, let us know, we
can create custom designs. Feel free to send us design
references if you have them.
2. Send us artwork for your club logos and any
promotional slogans that may need inclusion on the shirt.
Also include specifications for your exact club colours.
3. Make a complete list of who will be receiving the
shirts. Remember to order a corresponding range of sizes,
specifying men’s, ladies and children’s cuts.
We want you to enjoy ordering your
shirts - so here’s a few tips that’ll save
you time and headaches. A little
planning of sizing and quantities
ahead of time and providing the right
kind of artwork and colour
specifications will help us ensure your
order arrives on time and with the
minimum of hassle.
In the world of Graphic Design, most logos are created
using “Vectorised Artwork” which enables logos to be
scaled to any size without distortion. When you send us
artwork of your club logos, please ensure you locate the
original Vector artwork file, which will normally have a
file name ending in .ai or .eps. - this will save valuable
time. If you aren’t able to find a vectorized version we can
create it for you, for a minimal fee.
Also most professional graphic designers work with the
Pantone Colour System, which means they can provide
exact colour matches for club logos and club colour
requirements.

DESIGN METHOD / EMBELLISHMENTS
The process uses heat to fuse coloured
inks directly into the garments fibers,
enabling our design team to create
complex, multicoloured designs that are
The most tried and tested embellishment
method. This technique continues to be
extremely popular for schools, clubs and
teams logos. Embroidery brings a depth
and dimension that is not achievable
through print and brings an outstanding
level of durability.
A printing technique that allows for
logos of multiple colours to be printed
onto fabric. No limitation on sizes or
colours. It is highly advised however not
to cross over seam lines to maintain a
crisp quality print.
FABRIC TYPE
EcoFit is Tsunami Sports collection of
fabrics which are woven using recycled
yarn. With our vison on sustainability we
have developed fabrics using recycled
plastic. Eco-Fit is also a sublimatable
fabric, meaning your designs are only
limited by your imagination.
This is a functional microfiber, polyester
fabric that moves sweat away from the
body and to the fabric surface, where it
evaporates. As a result, Dry-Fit keeps
athletes dry and comfortable. These
fabrics can also be sublimated, meaning
endless possibilities for design.
This traditional process sees the colour
bonded into the yarn / threads before
weaving as opposed to the color being
printed on the fabric after being woven.
This allows for that high quality
traditional product to be achieved.
FABRIC PROPERTIES
The Fabric tarn has been treated and
constructed in order to increase the
breathability and wicking properties.
The wicking removes moisture at a
higher rate than traditional yarn fabrics.
This fabric has been pretreated with
antimicrobial ingredients, inhibiting
odor causing bacteria and fungus.
This fabric has been treated with a
protective layer to add durability to this
fine functional yarn. Maintaining
function and durability.
STITCHING / SEAM FINISH
High Density Stitch is our cover stitch
used to reinforce major seems. Three
times the length of thread is used
enhancing the strength and elasticity of
the product. With an added bonus of
becoming a tidy finish and design
feature.
The flat finish on both inside and out of
this stitch allows for our fitted products
to have additional comfort and
enhancing the strength and elasticity.
A variation of weights and colours
allows this fabric, which has stood up to
the test of time, to be maintained in our
range.
The most traditional of custom
teamwear. Taking our pre-dyed block
fabrics and set up patterns allows for
you to create classic looking products.
Embellishments are limited to
embroidery and screen print methods.
Ideal for high volume needs.
