Our specialist engineers work with you to plan the best route across your garden or drive
to connect your home to the fibre in your street or from the Openreach pole. This usually
means digging a small trench (they’ll put everything back as they found it) or could mean
bringing the fibre overhead. They’ll also work with you to agree what goes where inside your
