DIGITALLY PRINTED - BROADLOOM | RUGS | CARPET TILES:<br />
Machine tufted 100% Polyamide (nylon) with precision dye injection,<br />
printing up to 8 colours per design, <strong>and</strong> unlimited colours on<br />
photographic images. Varying weights available with the most commonly<br />
specified for commercial projects being 1200g/ sqm. Carpet width is<br />
400cm <strong>and</strong> the typical pile height is 8.5mm though this can be<br />
customised. Carving of suitable patterns is available as well as soil<br />
protection if required. This is a great solution for heavy commercial<br />
projects.<br />
AXMINSTER - BROADLOOM | RUGS:<br />
Woven carpets made by machine using a traditional weaving technique -<br />
up to 16 colours per design. This quality is woven using a 2-ply yarn<br />
system of 80% premium wool <strong>and</strong> 20% nylon, resulting in a plushy <strong>and</strong><br />
dense construction. Varying density options available - the most<br />
commonly specified being 7*8*8. More economical/ lower density options<br />
are available for short term installations or projects with tight budget<br />
constraints.<br />
Widths available are 400cm or 366cm, <strong>and</strong> carving <strong>and</strong> soil protection is<br />
possible if required.<br />
HAND TUFTED - RUGS:<br />
High end h<strong>and</strong> tufted rug options offering a variety of pile options <strong>and</strong><br />
materials including but not limited to wool, K-Silk, <strong>and</strong> Monsilk which is a<br />
beautiful looking fibre made from 100% up-cycled polyester derived from<br />
plastic bottles.<br />
ALFRESCO OUTDOOR - RUGS:<br />
H<strong>and</strong> tufted rug options using a premium acrylic fibre with a soft feeling<br />
that has a similar look <strong>and</strong> feel to wool. This product offers good abrasion<br />
resilience <strong>and</strong> excellent colour fastness to light complying to ISO 105-B02<br />
(Grade 7 - 8 Blue Scale), as well as excellent mildew, mould <strong>and</strong> stain<br />
resistance (complying to the AATCC 175 st<strong>and</strong>ard). Suitable for outdoor<br />
use due to the excellent colour fastness to sunlight <strong>and</strong> resistance to UV<br />
radiation. Withst<strong>and</strong>s harsh climates <strong>and</strong> weathering with negligible loss<br />
in yarn strength. 56 beautiful colours available to select from.<br />
