Budding chefs age four<br />

to teen whip up batches of<br />

fun and new recipes each<br />

day. Each week is a new<br />

culinary adventure that<br />

explores a new theme and<br />

unique menu, creating<br />

two to three recipes each<br />

day — both savory and<br />

sweet. Themes include<br />

Plant to Plate, Around the<br />

World, Baking 101, All-<br />

American Road Trip, Culinary<br />

Passport, Chocolate<br />

Lovers, Future Celebrity<br />

Chef, Tasty Tales, Restaurant<br />

Week, Cooking Show<br />

Favorites, and more.<br />

Thursday is Bake Sale<br />

day where young chefs<br />

make their own cookie<br />

concoctions to present for<br />

sale to the public to raise<br />

money for charity partner,<br />

Cookies for Kids Cancer.<br />

Last summer, TBK campers<br />

earned over $2,800<br />

to support the cause and<br />

learned how they can<br />

make a difference in the<br />

lives of others.<br />

Younger chefs, age 4-8,<br />

focus on the basics along<br />

with kitchen games during<br />

a half-day experience<br />

offered in the morning<br />

from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.. Afternoon<br />

campers age 9-13<br />

tackle advanced techniques<br />

and culinary challenges<br />

from 1-4 p.m. And<br />

ages 10+ can apply to be<br />

a Counselor-in-Training<br />

for a full day experience<br />

from 9-4. Limited CIT positions<br />

are available each<br />

week so applying early is<br />

strongly recommended.<br />

Registration is now<br />

open for full week campers<br />

($275-295). Single<br />

day sign-up ($60-65) goes<br />

live on Monday, April 8.<br />

TBK’s special evening<br />

Advanced Teen Camp<br />

from July 15-19 will leave<br />

teens (age 13-17) with<br />

a new sense of culinary<br />

confidence and the ability<br />

to make dishes from<br />

scratch. From the recipe<br />

reading home chef to the<br />

gastronomy obsessed<br />

insta-stylist, this experience<br />

is sure to satisfy any<br />

foodie’s curiosity and palate.<br />

The cost is $350 and<br />

space is limited to just 16<br />

students.<br />

Cooking camps are offered<br />

all summer (June<br />

10-August 23)—and on<br />

every school holiday, including<br />

spring and winter<br />

breaks.<br />

unique date night experience,<br />

girls’ night out,<br />

family dinner workshop,<br />

a weekly cooking class in<br />

our kitchen or at a partner<br />

school, we engage and<br />

delight budding chefs age<br />

2-99 with experiences that<br />

are creative, unique and<br />

hands-on – with everything<br />

made from scratch.”<br />

By day, offerings include<br />

signature summer<br />

and school-holiday<br />

camps, birthday parties,<br />

parent/child workshops,<br />

after-school semester<br />

classes, field trips, scout<br />

troops, and more.<br />

By night, public adult<br />

workshops and private<br />

events are BYOB and ideal<br />

for team building and<br />

corporate groups, bachelorette<br />

and bridal/baby<br />

showers, and any occasion<br />

worth celebrating.<br />
