It’s not hyperbole to say that I owe a career that I love to Villanova’s real estate program. The passion<br />
<strong>of</strong> Dr. Howton and Pr<strong>of</strong>essors Vesey and Ziccardi rubbed <strong>of</strong>f on me. I wouldn’t be where I am without<br />
<strong>the</strong>m. In hindsight, looking <strong>for</strong>ward to those 8:30 classes was a clear sign. <strong>Real</strong> estate got me out <strong>of</strong><br />
bed in <strong>the</strong> morning <strong>the</strong>n—happily it still does.<br />

As a student, I was given <strong>the</strong> opportunity to connect with industry pr<strong>of</strong>essionals through<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>DiLella</strong> <strong>Center</strong>. Now I want to serve current students, sharing with <strong>the</strong>m my story,<br />
my success and my encouragement to explore <strong>the</strong>ir own path within real estate.<br />
I find myself submerged in a lifestyle full <strong>of</strong> energy, passion and potential, allowing myself, my<br />
peers and my community to <strong>for</strong>ge great things. Because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> support I received through <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>DiLella</strong> <strong>Center</strong>, I am dedicated to fur<strong>the</strong>ring <strong>the</strong> careers and goals <strong>of</strong> those who share <strong>the</strong> same<br />
passion and drive <strong>for</strong> real estate.<br />
The <strong>DiLella</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> was a catalyst <strong>for</strong> my career and because<br />
<strong>of</strong> that, I am able to give back.<br />
I am truly grateful <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> exposure <strong>the</strong> <strong>DiLella</strong> <strong>Center</strong> provided me during my<br />
Villanova career. The <strong>Center</strong> allowed me to position myself as a valuable employee<br />
upon graduation and I have continued to benefit from my involvement. I look <strong>for</strong>ward<br />
to paying it <strong>for</strong>ward as an active alumni member.<br />
