Most of the shell of Daimler AG’s new building has been<br />

completed and should, as planned, be ready for handover<br />

to the users in 2020/2021. The second major project, Allianz<br />

AG’s new building, is still at the preparatory stage, with<br />

construction scheduled to commence at the end of 2020.<br />

The first letting contract for the “Neo” office project in<br />

located near the Daimler Campus in Möhringen, comes on<br />

stream. An architectural competition for the project was<br />

initiated in <strong>2018</strong>.<br />

While take-up in Vaihingen/Möhringen in <strong>2018</strong> was not<br />

able to match that of previous years, at 26 the number of<br />
