History Essay contest is
open to all 2nd thru 8th
grade area students.
Resources/Services
Professional Curators provide guided
access to an extensive archive of local
history books, genealogical publications,
oral histories, historic maps, cemetery
records, voting and census records and
City/County directories. The Museum
has digitized the local newspapers from
1860s to 1990 and over 21,000 historic
photos, now viewable online. As
steward of the City of Healdsburg’s
historic property records, the Museum
staff provide knowledgeable historical
review and project assistance to our City
and community members.
Archive use and professional research
assistance is FREE to Museum
members and students. RESEARCH
BY APPOINTMENT preferred.
