‘Living in Balance’ – a Day of<br />
Workshops, on Saturday 22nd June<br />
is an opportunity for you to ‘dip your<br />
toe’ in and experience different ways<br />
to develop a healthy lifestyle.<br />
We have a choice of workshops from<br />
which you can choose three during the<br />
day, including Yoga, rock painting,<br />
kinetic chain release, language for<br />
change, aikido, mindfulness and<br />
much, much more.<br />
Delicious Garden Soup and a roll is<br />
available to purchase – supporting<br />
our garden fund.<br />

21st International World Peace<br />
Festival takes place the following<br />
day on Sunday 23rd June. This is<br />
an event for the whole family and<br />
this year celebrates ‘Wellbeing in<br />
our Community’. Treat yourself<br />
to delicious home-made cakes<br />
from the Dunscore Fair Trade café,<br />
whilst listening to our talented local<br />
musicians, catching up with friends<br />
and discovering what is available<br />
for you to help to develop a healthy<br />
lifestyle. <strong>The</strong> World Peace Flag<br />
Ceremony takes place at 4pm and<br />
everyone is invited to send peace to all<br />
the countries of the world through the<br />
