Suggested Itinerary 

Day 1 

Your group will depart the UK towards Malaga by 

air and let the school trip begin! 

Once you have arrived in Malaga you will transfer 

to your hotel via coach and check in.If you have 

arrived prior to check in and your rooms are not 

ready left luggage facilities should be available. 

Depending on your flight times your group 

may have some time to explore Malaga on your 

arrival! Why not organise a Malaga Bike Tour 

and explore some of the highlights of your home 

away from home! 

Day 2 

Your group will enjoy breakfast at your hotel, 

before a day of fantastic activities! 

Start the day with a chance for students to 

brush up on their Spanish skills with a daily 

language lesson before a visit to the Mercado de 

Atarazanas where they can put their language 

skills to the test and order some lunch in Spanish. 

After exploring the market your group will head 

towards Gibralfaro Castle and the Alcazaba 

where students can explore the history of 

Moorish rule and Arabic influence in Malaga. 

Finally, your group will visit the Cathedral 

of Malaga, where they can marvel at the 

architecture of this fabulous structure and learn 

more about its cultural significance. 

Your evening will finish off with a group meal. 

Day 3 

Enjoy your accommodation’s breakfast and make 

your way to Palacio Real, The Royal Palace of 

Madrid is an excellent excursion to experience 

the Spanish culture. As you expose your students 

to an exquisite range of Spanish heritage, from 

paintings, artefacts and armours. Make your 

way back to your accommodation and enjoy an 

evening meal. 

Day 4 

Your group will enjoy their final breakfast in the 

hotel, before checking out. 

Depending on your flight times you may have 

some time to explore Malaga for one final time, 

we can arrange extra visits if this is the case. 

Depart to Malaga airport and board your return

Day 1 

Fly from UK to Granada. Start your trip with a 

guided tour of Granada in part Spanish, part 

English before traveling to your accommodation 

to check-in. 

Evening meal in local restaurant. Your group can

Day 2

Day 1 

Depart your institute by coach and travel to 

Normandy via ferry or Le Shuttle. After arriving 

at your accommodation, enjoy some free time 

enjoying the facilities and an evening meal at 

your accommodation. 

Day 3 

After breakfast at your accommodation your 

group could either receive further onsite 

language lessons or, transfer straight to beautiful 

Bayeux where you can indulge yourselves at 

the Chocolate Museum and pay a visit to the 

famous Bayeux Tapestry. 

After an al fresco packed lunch in the Bayeux 

market square travel onwards to Cherbourg for 

a fantastic visit to the Cite de la Mer maritime 

museum. This fascinating destination will allow 

students to utilise their French in a relaxed 

setting when interacting with staff and reading 

exhibits. 

After a jam-packed day, you will travel back to 

your accommodation for some free time to use 

nearby facilities before enjoying your evening 

meal. 

Day 2 

After breakfast at your accommodation, 

explore local Rouen with a visit to the Rouen 

wholesale markets where students can sample 

classic French cuisine and culture. Markets are the 

perfect opportunity for students to interact with 

locals and put their language skills to the test 

using your unique ‘Project French’ resources 

full of tasks for students to complete, perhaps 

ordering a delicious lunch in French. 

If you have time a short transfer to Giverny can 

see you exploring the home of famous French 

impressionist painter, Claude Monet. Where your 

students can learn more about French culture and 

art, before returning to your accommodation for 

an evening meal. 

Day 4 

Have a relaxing breakfast at the accommodation 

and check-out. You will be transferred to the 

airport. After arriving back to UK, make your way

Paris

Situated on Ozoir-la-Ferriere, a nearby town that’s 

located South-East of Paris. With Disneyland Paris

Day 1 

Depart school and travel to the European 

Campus Sainte-Therese near Paris by coach 

and ferry (Le Shuttle also available). On arrive at 

the campus you will be given a welcome meeting 

in French. After checking in, you will head to 

a local restaurant for your evening meal (with 

opportunity to order/speak French), followed by 

a visit to the local bowling alley for some ten-pin 

fun. 

Day 3 

After breakfast you will receive a 2-hour 

French class before travelling to the Forest 

of Fontainebleau for a picnic in this incredible 

setting, where your group will be able to explore 

the Castle of Fontainebleau and the castle 

grounds. After this you will transfer into Paris for 

an afternoon show with Theatre in Paris. With a 

choice from French classics, famous musicals and 

modern comedies this is an excellent opportunity 

for students to develop their language skills 

and enjoy some theatre. You will be welcomed 

by a greeter in either English or French, who 

will explain the history of the theatre and settle 

your group in. Students will benefit from English 

translations above the stage and an English 

language booklet, catering to students of all 

competencies. Keeping the fun going your group 

will transfer back to ECST and head to Planet 

Hollywood for your evening meal. Following 

this you may have some free time in the Disney 

Village. 

Day 2 

After breakfast you will travel into Paris by coach 

and embark on a Bateaux Mouche river cruise, 

with the option of an audio guide in French to 

allow students to practice their understanding 

of the language. Once ashore again, you will 

then travel to the iconic Champs de Mars for a 

picnic with magnificent views of Paris’ very own 

Eiffel Tower. After a fantastic day in Paris you will 

transfer to the ECST and have a 2-hour French 

class to brush up on what you’ve learnt and 

used throughout the day. As a reward for your 

students’ hard work in their French lesson your 

group will enjoy a Pizza Party followed by a 

disco and a supper of delicious French cheese. 

Day 4 

Breakfast at the ECST will be followed by a final 

French class and your group will be presented 

with their course certificates. 

You may have some free time, depending on your 

itinerary before departing for your return journey 

home.

Day 1 

Fly from UK to Berlin where you will be met 

at the airport by your guide who will aim 

to greet students in German to start as you 

mean to go on. You will be transferred to 

your accommodation in central Berlin. Subject 

to flight time you may have some free time, 

in which case we can pre-book activities if 

required. After checking in, enjoy an evening 

meal which can be ordered in German, and 

then time to relax. 

Day 3 

Enjoy a morning of intensive language lessons. 

Following lunch, travel to the Berlin 

TV Tower with your guide for incredible 

views over the city and the guide will explain 

what you are seeing in German. This 

is followed by a visit to the Story of Berlin 

Museum for a guided tour a look at the 

fascinating past of this city. In the evening, 

enjoy a meal and another chance to put the 

language lesson learning into practice. 

Day 2 

Enjoy a morning of intensive language 

lessons. Following lunch, travel on a guided 

tour of Berlin taking in the main sites such as 

the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and the 

Holocaust Memorial sites. 

Evening meal and time for socializing. We 

can organise additional evening activities 

including bowling. 

Day 4 

Enjoy a morning of intensive language 

lessons. Following lunch, travel to the Berlin 

Wall and Documentation Centre for 

a look at parts of the Berlin Wall. Your guide 

will then take you to the Olympiastadion, 

a fascinating melting pot of old and new 

Berlin, built by the Nazis, used in the 2006 

Football World Cup. Your guide will be able to 

explain all of this in German. In the evening 

enjoy your final evening meal, and another 

chance to put the language lesson learning 

into practice.

traditions and values. The Rhine region of Germany is a popular 

choice for school trips, and we can offer tours to the 2000-yearold 

picturesque town of Koblenz. Our German language tours are 

completely flexible and you can choose to undertake structured 

classroom based lessons and practical session around town, along 

with cultural visits allowing for immersion in the German language.

Day 1 

Your coach will collect you from your school 

and proceed on your journey to Germany via 

Dover-Calais. Upon arrival you will check into 

your accommodation and enjoy a relaxing 

evening in the nearby facilities. An evening 

meal will be enjoyed at your accommodation, 

which could be your groups first chance to 

dust off their language skills and order in 

German. 

Day 3 

Another morning of language lessons follow 

your breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy 

stunning views on the Boppard Chairlift, 

followed by a steamer boat trip on the 

River Rhine. You can also include a visit 

to a chocolate factory, before returning to 

your hotel for an evening meal. 

Day 2 

After breakfast, enjoy a morning language 

lesson, preparing your students for a day 

using their German skills. After a spot of 

lunch your group will transfer via coach to 

an attraction of your choosing, where they 

can use what they have learned in their 

lesson, exploring attractions such as Castle 

Rheinfels, Siegfrieds Mechanisches 

Musikkabinettand Burg Eltz Castle. You 

will then transfer back to your hotel and 

enjoy an evening meal. 

Day 4 

If you decide to do a 5 day trip, why not add 

in a day in either Cologne or Phantasialand 

theme park, one of Europe’s best theme 

parks. 

Day 5 

Breakfast at your hotel, before making the return journey to your school by coach.

interest) and we will forward a detailed quotation 

complete with full information pack. 

Once you are happy with your quotation and you have 

chosen your preferred departure dates we can check 

all the necessary availability and hold a non committal 

option for you. 

STEP 5: Tour Operations 

STEP 6: Final Itinerary 

Your dedicated Tour Co-ordinator will work with you to 

ensure that all the required visits and excursions are 

booked and that the final itinerary is constructed to 

meet your group’s requirements. 

We will forward your final itinerary for your approval 

complete with all required information including any 

vouchers or tickets where required.

This step needs to be completed within the time 

frame defined by the first deposit date included in 

your provisional booking pack. 

Once you have collected the deposits from the 

students and returned your booking form, we can 

confirm by sending a deposit invoice and in turn 

receiving deposits/purchase order.
