• Selected to host Borlaug Scholars from Kenya and<br />

Adm<strong>in</strong>istrators program<br />
• Assisted <strong>in</strong> the submission <strong>of</strong> over $10 Million<br />
<strong>in</strong> research proposals from 5 colleges and 11<br />
departments<br />
• Hosted academic and research delegations<br />
from Ethiopia, Nigeria, Malawi, Ch<strong>in</strong>a, Bolivia,<br />
Brazil, the UK, and Germany to provide research<br />
opportunities for TTU faculty<br />
• Received $1.79 million <strong>in</strong> federally funded projects<br />
• Hosted the university <strong>of</strong> Georgia USAID’s Feed<br />
the Future Peanut Lab Director result<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> TTU<br />
faculty collaborations and a TTU funded subaward<br />
• Renewed longest stand<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>ternational<br />
partnership <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g its dual degree program<br />
component with Jade Hochschule <strong>in</strong> Germany<br />
• Hosted the Senior Adviser on Agriculture Policy<br />
to the Nigerian President and U.S. Ambassador to<br />
Nigeria on a collaborative project with TTU for a<br />
