Larry Fleischman was born in New York and Raised in Southern California.<br />
Moved to Santa Clarita in 1996 so that he could raise his first child<br />
in a family friendly community. In 2000, he started in the Mortgage<br />
business but realized his passion for helping people; which led him a different<br />
direction. His customer service skills, marketing techniques, and<br />
skilled negotiator makes his clients go through a smooth process. Larry<br />
always makes sure that he is there for his clients at any time of the day<br />
and night. His first priority is to ensure the happiness of his clients. He<br />
is a big part of our community and is active on the SCV Chamber of<br />

Natalie Yanez might be a fresh face in Santa Clarita Valley, but her<br />
reputation precedes her and she is well known throughout the Conejo<br />
Valley. Having spent the past seven years with the largest Ventura<br />
County based financial institution; Natalie has brought her knowledge<br />
and expertise to <strong>Team</strong> <strong>Bjorkman</strong>. Born and raised in Southern California,<br />
Natalie earned her bachelor degree from San Diego State University<br />
and her MBA from California State University Channel Islands.<br />
Serving her community is very important to her, and volunteering is at<br />
the forefront of her work. Natalie is involved throughout the region<br />
and currently serves on the Greater Conejo Valley Chambers of Commerce<br />
board executive committee, Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties board<br />
of directors, The Foundation of VCCU board of directors, and CSUCI<br />
Alumni & Friends Association. Similar to serving the community,<br />
Natalie enjoys building relationships with her clients and assisting them<br />

Jessica Chambers<br />

Jessica Chambers, was born and raised in the Santa Clarita Valley. A<br />
Valencia high school graduate and received her bachelors degree from<br />
UCLA. She has a passion for helping others and her community. She<br />
is sits on the Castaic Town Council and Advisory Board to 5th District<br />
LA County Supervisors office. She has worked with families on several<br />
levels including education and parks and recreation programs. She has<br />
worked with Town Council to help raise funds for local schools. She is<br />
a member of the Sunrise Rotary as well as the Santa Clarita Chamber<br />
and Next SCV. She and her family enjoy all Santa Clarita has to offer<br />
from the arts such as the Santa Clarita Ballet to road biking on the bike<br />

Sharlene Duzick was born and raised in Southern California. She loves<br />

Jenni Millan was born and raised in Southern California and has<br />
dedicated 19 years to selling real estate to her clients based on their<br />
individual and specific needs. A Canyon High School graduate and<br />
Santa Clarita homeowner since 1999. Jenni and her husband decided<br />
to purchase a home in Santa Clarita because she knew that she wanted<br />

Leigh Moore was born in Maryland and raised in a military family. She<br />
moved to Santa Clarita in 1992 on a lucky coin toss. She has 20+ years’<br />
experience in sales and is an entrepreneur. Her specialty in real estate<br />
is working with first time home buyers because she can relate to them.<br />
Her customer service skills have been recognized many times and this<br />
is one of the reasons why she went into real estate. Leigh is great with<br />
negotiating and is compassionate for her clients when looking for their<br />
