Rehabilitation of homes,
Bethlehem
A substantial grant has helped
rehabilitate homes for 20 poor
families in Bethlehem Governorate
who were living in very difficult
living situations and required
assistance to improve their living
environment, which included sitting
rooms, bedrooms and kitchens as
well as installing new doors and
windows to main areas of the home.
Work entailed plastering, insulation
(outdoor and indoor gypsum board
for damp), cement work, painting,
tiling, cabinetry and countertops,
window and door insulation and
installation, electrical work, lighting
and ceiling repair.
