ASC secured C2 Capital Views Residential &<br />
Serviced Apartment Project<br />
With the unified efforts and extended support of the team, it is a pleasure to announce that ASC<br />
has been awarded the new project for design and construction of a high-rise tower development<br />
“Capital Views” comprising residential and serviced apartments on Plot A01-A04 (ADM Plot C02),<br />
Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.<br />
Capital Views project comprises the following:<br />
• Ground level and 2 podium levels (lobbies, MEP, back of house operation spaces and 519 parking<br />
spaces).<br />
• Podium deck (swimming pool for adult and children, play area, gymnasium, running track and<br />
landscape).<br />
• 2 towers consisting of 20 storeys (319 residential apartment units) + 18 storeys (323 serviced<br />
apartments units).<br />
• Roof level (MEP).<br />
• Estidama 2 Pearl Rating<br />
• Tourism and Cultural Authority (TCA) deluxe rating standard for serviced apartments.<br />
• Total Built Up Area (BUA) UPC/ADNEC definition: maximum 97,405m².<br />
