Ever since we were young boys, we<br />
have had an interest in sports and video<br />
games. We would always beg our dads to<br />
play basketball with us, toss a baseball or<br />
football out in the yard, or play the newest<br />
video game with us. Now that we are older,<br />
we would like to share our sports and<br />
video game knowledge with the world, and<br />
we will start through this magazine.<br />
Instead of playing basketball as children,<br />
we are making articles about the<br />
childhoods of well known NBA superstars<br />
(LeBron James: Rising to the Top, pg. 4,<br />
and Journey to the Top, pg. 18). Instead of<br />
throwing a baseball, we are giving advice<br />
to children about which bat to use (Top<br />
Five Bats for the Coming Season, pg. 12).<br />
And instead of goofing around with our<br />
friends playing video games, we are<br />
writing about ESL video games that kids<br />
and adults all around the world are<br />
playing (Call of Duty 2019, pg. 25). While<br />
this will never replace having these<br />
experiences, we hope that we can inspire<br />
people throughout the nation to get<br />
involved in things like these.
