The science of Ayurveda was devised 3,000 years ago in India and describes

How to balance the blood sugar level and say goodbye to comfort eating? 

Fewer carbohydrates, fewer pounds: with the LOGI method, you can keep 

your weight under control in a healthy, lasting way and, at the same time, 

prevent the onset of diabetes type 2. The great advantage of this method is 

that, with LOGI, you can consume all the nutrition you need and still get 

thinner! And after your transformation, your blood readings will be visibly 

changed. Other factors are important to achieve the best results, such as

Being on form and happy, eating lots of protein and saturated fats: this is the 

promise of the LOGI method, devised by the nutritionist Nicolai Worm. 

LOGI stands for “Low Glycemic Index”. According to the glycemic index 

principle, anyone who wants to lose weight must not only watch the 

nutritional value and calorific content of the food they eat but must also pay 

attention to how fast foodstuffs can raise the blood sugar level. For what 

reason? If the quantity of sugar in the blood increases too quickly, the insulin 

level also rises. The consequences of this are bouts of comfort eating. The 

remedies of the LOGI method are based on the diet of our Stone Age 

ancestors: in the center are fruit and vegetables (at least three portions of 

vegetables and two of fruit). Also on the list are foods rich in protein such as 

fish, poultry and other types of meat, eggs, milk and dairy products, nuts and 

pulses. Wholemeal products, wholemeal rice, basmati rice and pasta 

(including durum wheat pasta) can be eaten in moderation. Those who wish 

to lose weight must give up 

bread and other oven 

products containing refined 

flour (type 0 or 00) and 

avoid potatoes, sweets and 

sugary drinks.

yellow night candle flower’s semen. It keeps skin, psyche and immune

effect on hormonal balance. Night candle oil helps, when all nerves are 

exposed. Furthermore, this oil is a “first-aid agent” for numerous skin 

problems like the regulation of cell metabolism and skin elasticity and

Thalasso Baths 

The baths stand out through a very detailed sequential scheme. The total bath 

treatment takes approximately 70 minutes (inclusive of relaxation period) and 

one of our “Aurora World” employees will monitor the entire treatment. 


To ease pain, we focus on alternatives to surgery and chemical preparations. 

Our therapist applies extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), trigger point 

shock wave therapy (TPST), electro-acupuncture and Free-Q, the innovative 

pain therapy device. 

On your instructions and through localised palpation of the painful area, our 

therapist will discover the cause of the pain. Once the cause of the pain and 

the area in question are identified, the painful area is subject to short bursts of 

shock waves. These high-energy level bursts stimulate the metabolism and
