Essential Oil<br />

Lemon essential oil is one of <strong>the</strong> top-selling and most<br />

versatile oils to use. Sourced from Italy, Lemon oil can<br />

be used aromatically, topically & internally<br />

Ways to use Lemon<br />

1. Add 1-2 drops to warm water first thing in <strong>the</strong> morning<br />

to help kickstart digestion. Drink throughout <strong>the</strong> day to<br />

help naturally cleanse <strong>the</strong> body<br />

2. Add 4-5 drops to a glass spray bottle, top up <strong>with</strong> water and use as a<br />

non-toxic natural cleaner for <strong>kit</strong>chen bench tops<br />

3. Add 1-2 drops into cupcake batter to make lemon cupcakes or add 1 drop<br />

into your favourite icing mixture recipe to give it a fresh citrusy flavour<br />

4. To remove sticker residue or permanent marker from surfaces, add 1-2 drops<br />

directly onto area, leave to sit for 30 seconds <strong>the</strong>n wipe <strong>with</strong> cloth<br />

5. Mix 5-6 drops Lemon <strong>with</strong> water and vinegar in a spray bottle to cleanse and<br />

purify surfaces. Use to clean <strong>kit</strong>chen counters<br />

7. Combine 1-2 drops of Lemon oil and honey into a mug of warm water and<br />

drink to help soo<strong>the</strong> a sore throat<br />

8. Diffuse to cleanse and purify <strong>the</strong> air of odours and promote a positive mood<br />

9. Use 1-2 drops of Lemon to clean tarnished silver. Always spot check<br />

10. Add 2-3 drops to your dishwasher cycle to keep <strong>the</strong> dishwasher smelling<br />

fresh
