RCMP: Side-by-side stolen<br />

An equipment yard near Hanna was<br />

broken into and a trailer with an<br />

Arctic Cat side by side was stolen in<br />

the early morning of Wed. June 19.<br />

The vehicle used in the theft is a<br />

black Dodge Ram extended cab with a<br />

black tool box in the bed.<br />

There is also a black fuel tank with a<br />

blue hose in the bed of the truck.<br />

The same vehicle attempted to break<br />

into the Cervus Equipment yard on the<br />

same night.<br />

broke into the coin operating machine<br />

Tenders will not be opened in public. If a successful tenderer does not complete the purchase<br />

after acceptance of that tender, their deposit shall be forfeited to the owner. The highest or any<br />

tender will not necessarily be accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.<br />

Deposits received from any unsuccessful tenderers will be returned to them by regular mail.<br />

All of the abovementioned farmland is currently rented and the tenant has been notified of this<br />

tender and possible sale with the current lease expiring with the <strong>2019</strong> crop year. Possession will<br />

not be available until the tenant has completed their <strong>2019</strong> harvesting operations. The owner<br />

will remain in the dwelling house and yard until their next residence is ready for occupancy. This<br />

requirement will be negotiated with the successful tenderer.<br />
