2019 AGM Taupō bought to you by Dulux
Held at Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre May 17th – May
19th.
Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to the 2019 AGM organising committee for putting on a fantastic
AGM in Taupō. Tracy Hinton, Wheels & Merveen, Clint Butler, Darren Gore, Helen Duggan &
Grant Hinton, for all your hard work with ensuring a fun filled weekend was had by all. These
AGM’s take a lot of time and effort to organise and as I was also a part of the organising committee
I absolutely understand what goes on behind the scenes. I truly appreciate your dedication,
commitment and time taken into ensuring this AGM was a truly fun filled weekend. Thank you team
– I heard nothing but great remarks from our members. We pulled it off!!
Secondly, a huge THANK YOU to each of our members that attended. These weekends would not
be the same without you all in attendance, travelling and contributing, the conversations, laughter
& activities and of course your participation to the AGM.
Our weekend commenced Friday evening May 17th with a meet and greet at Suncourt Hotel &
conference centre where we had a really nice evening getting to know a number of first time AGM
attendees and catching up with members from all around the country. I was especially stoked with
the fact we had 6 of our Canterbury branch members who had made the trip across the strait to
partake in the weekend. It was really lovely to have Andrew & Julie, Peter & Chris along with
Wayne & Debbie from Canterbury! The goodie buckets & T Shirts were retrieved which had some
awesome goodies inside as you can see below.
