Combine aerobics with strength training in our Water Aerobics class! Moving your

REFIT® Revolution Family Fitness 

REFIT® is a judgement-free fitness experience that uses powerful movements and 

positive music combined with resistance-training elements to give you and your 

family a total-body workout!

Open Pickleball 

The fastest growing sport in North America, pickleball is a sport for all ages played 

with small paddles and wiffle balls. Equipment is available for rent and will be

Zumba Gold® 

This class is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified 

Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. 

This class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, 

flexibility and balance! The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® 

choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. This 

class is led by certified instructor Evelyn Montoya.

Dance with Me! Ballroom Dance Class 

Don’t just sit and watch Dancing with the Stars this year, be part of the action! Experience 

the grace and style of the Waltz, glide along the floor with an impressive 

Foxtrot, display the passion associated with the Tango, feel the heat of the Cha 

Cha, dance the romantic Rumba, and wow your friends with the East Coast Swing. 

Partners not required and beginners welcome. Come meet your instructors Tom

Line Dancing from the Ground Up-Beginners 

Come learn the steps you need to rock to country. Instructor Kit Schiller will teach

flops. Shoes should slide a little on the floor and have backs to them. Dance socks

Introduction to Sculpture 

Come challenge yourself, bring your imagination, and use your creativity in six fun 

sculpture classes. Get a good foundation and hand building applications, working 

with a new nontoxic clay which hardens without firing. For modeling techniques to 

support armatures and bases. Putting problem solving to the test while learning 

about other sculptors, exploring sculptures and different materials to create your 

masterpiece.

Pinochle 

Pinochle is a trick-taking card game typically for two to four players and played 

with a 48 card deck. Derived from the card game bezique, players score points by 

trick-taking and also by forming combinations of cards into melds.

The art of woodcarving has a history that spans centuries. At its core, woodcarving

Alhambra Dinner Theatre- Mamma Mia 

The Alhambra stands proudly as the nation’s oldest continuously operating equity 

dinner theater. As we end the summer, let’s sing and dance with Mamma Mia! This 

musical, full of female empowerment, celebrates the theme of friendship and love 

as inspired by ABBA’s greatest hits.

Historic Tour of Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp

Festival of the Trees 

Back by popular demand! Let’s get into the holiday spirit by visiting the spectacular 

holiday extravaganza. It features the most beautiful decorated trees and holiday 

treasures. Local artists and designers decorate dozens of trees with glitter lights, 

homemade ornaments, and holiday vignettes, along with custom-made wreaths 

and gingerbread houses.

Aqua Zumba® 

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for one pool

Women’s Self-Defense 

Learn effective methods to ward off attackers in this three-day class. Commander 

Michael Lutz from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office will teach you skills that will

48 hours in advance; participants must attend all three classes.

Adult Flag Football League 

Grab some friends for this recreational, non-contact league. This 7v7 league plays 

an 8-game season followed by a single elimination end of season tournament.

Indoor Rowing 

The Flagler Rowing Club will keep participants energized during this hour-long,

New to tennis? Learn the game in a friendly, fast-paced environment! Each week 

the Tennis Center’s certified professional coaching staff will teach a 60-minute

CPR Classes 

The City of Palm Coast Fire Department offers CPR and First Aid Training 

• The Healthcare Provider course -- a professional certification course -- includes 

a multiple-choice written exam and a practical exam. 

• Workbooks for use during the class are provided; however, it is highly 

recommended that participants purchase a course workbook ahead of time. 

The American Heart Association recommends that each student review the 

course information for two weeks prior to the course. Workbooks can be found

• Course available to those ages 13 and up. 

• Participants should arrive a few minutes ahead of time for check-in. 

• A minimum of six persons and a maximum of 12 persons is required for each

Heartsaver First Aid is a 7-hour classroom course (includes 1 hour for lunch) that is

• Using a mask or barrier device 

• How to stop visible bleeding

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers course provides healthcare 

professionals the ability recognize several life-threatening emergencies, administer 

CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, effective and timely manner. 

Examples of those who may need this certification are EMS personnel, physician 

assistants, dentists, nurses, respiratory therapists and others. All must have a 

credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course. 

The 4.5 hour course is video-based with instructor-led discussion and simulation. 

Students participate, practice, and complete various skills and learning stations. 

We will provide a workbook for you to borrow during the course. However, we 

recommend you purchase a workbook two weeks prior to the course and review

National Rifle Association (NRA) firearm safety experts with the mission to teach

Pink Army 5K Run and 1 Mile Pet-friendly Fun Walk 


Raising money for breast cancer awareness, education, and screening, 100% of the 

proceeds raised by the Pink Army 5K go toward financially supporting 

mammograms, breast ultrasounds, stereotactic breast biopsies, education and 

other specific diagnostic services to aid in the early detection of breast cancer.

Tree Lighting Ceremony 

Kick off your holiday season with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. In 

partnership with the Rotary Club of Flagler County, the Tree Lighting Ceremony 

leads the start of the Fantasy Light display at Central Park in Town Center. Also, 

enjoy a visit with Santa. No registration required.

Starlight Parade 

Celebrate the holiday season with your friends and neighbors at the City of Palm 

Coast Starlight Event and Parade. Prior to the parade, enjoy a fun filled afternoon 

at Central Park. Starting at 4pm, visitors will enjoy live entertainment and 

performances, arrival of Santa, and pictures with Santa until 6:30pm. Bring your 

own camera! At 7pm, the Starlight Parade will get underway, featuring colorful 

lighted floats, marching bands and more. For more information about
