Rumour has it that many of<br />
you have been asking<br />
about local recycling<br />
facilities because there is<br />
some understandable<br />
confusion about what to<br />
recycle. As a long standing<br />
environmental group we will address this first,<br />
but we do have many other exciting projects to<br />
share with you also, including Abundance<br />
Lymington, Jean Genie, Boomerang Bags and our<br />
own 2020 Vision.<br />
RECYCLING<br />
Try and find brands and shops that have reduced packaging and re-use or up-cycle what you can.<br />
After this point look to recycle as much as possible<br />
NFDC Clear Sacs*<br />
Paper and Card, Tins, cans and aerosols, All plastic bottles (no lids)<br />
* It’s worth noticing this DOES NOT include tetrapaks, bottle tops, cellophane wrappings or<br />
plastic pots, tubs and trays. If you include any of these items in the recycling bag it is highly likely<br />
that the whole bag will be treated the same as a black sack. So, if in doubt, leave it out.<br />

Why not get together as a group of friends to collect these items so that just one<br />
person needs to go to the drop off point.<br />
