When our client was t-boned at an intersection, she wasn’t sure how she was going to manage paying out of pocket for physical therapy appointments and wasn’t sure if she would be able to find any places that accepted her insurance. The insurance adjuster was giving her a hard time by saying that they would only pay for medical treatment for a few weeks, but the doctor told our client that she would need at least 10 weeks to recover. Luckily our office was able to find a place that could get her the care she needed without her having to spend her own money. We got the insurance company to pay for all of the physical therapy appointments as well as cover the time she needed off of work, in addition to pain and suffering. 5
