<strong>Chestnut</strong> <strong>Park</strong> Real Estate Limited was established in 1990 <strong>and</strong> opened its first<br />
office in Toronto, Canada with 5 real estate agents. By the year 2000 the <strong>Chestnut</strong><br />
<strong>Park</strong> sales team had grown to over 250 agents.<br />
In 2008 <strong>Chestnut</strong> <strong>Park</strong> opened offices in two more major Ontario luxury<br />
recreational <strong>and</strong> home markets: Collingwood <strong>and</strong> Prince Edward County.<br />
IN 2011 OUR AFFILIATION WITH CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL REAL<br />
ESTATE WAS FORMED, ELEVATING THE CHESTNUT PARK BRAND<br />
FURTHER TO THE FOREFRONT OF THE ONTARIO LUXURY MARKET.<br />
By establishing office locations in the most desirable luxury <strong>and</strong> recreational<br />
markets in Ontario, we’re able to serve a wide range of clients looking to buy <strong>and</strong><br />
