Adult Call to Community
Colin Petramale and Patrick Laorden
1:00 TO 9:00 P.M.
What is it that we long for? We have all asked
this question at some point in our lives, and
it seems even more important in this rapidly
changing world. Come join a vibrant group of
young adults to explore this question of longing.
We will examine how our longing affects our
lives in community, and how our longings can be
used for the most good for ourselves and others.
Mass and dinner included. Offering: $40
Advent Reflection
There Is a Longing: Hearing the
Whispers of Advent
Fr. David Cinquegrani, C.P.
DAY RETREAT: 10:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M.
EVENING RETREAT: 6:00 TO 9:00 P.M.
Each of us has a longing in our hearts to
encounter the presence of God in one form
or another, to uncover and grasp what Ronald
Rolheiser calls “the secret worth knowing.”
Advent is not simply a time to get ready for
Christmas; it’s the time for Christians to prepare
their hearts and minds for the revelation of the
Divine and to accept God’s indwelling in every
moment. Join Fr. David in exploring our deep
longing for the Savior, Emmanuel—among us
and within us. The day program includes the
Sacrament of Reconciliation. Both programs
include Mass. Offering: $40 (includes meal)
