Since 2016, we have raised in excess of £27,000 when all the proceeds<br />

are totalled together and the attendance has grown year on year by over<br />
10% per annum. A great result. Thank you <strong>for</strong> your continuing support.<br />

This years <strong>Festival</strong> is once again a celebration of Cask <br />
Conditioned<br />
This <strong>Beer</strong>s, still Ciders, Lagers and this yearseven we have added Craft <strong>Beer</strong>s. <br />

London and there are old favourites as well as a number of great new<br />

Are you willing to offer some spare time to get involved in worthy community projects<br />
where friendship and good fun are all prime objectives?<br />
Rotary is changing. As a fresh initiative, we are now creating a new and dynamic<br />
Network of people from all ages and backgrounds to join a Group of people willing to<br />
volunteer some spare time to help us in the <strong>Langley</strong> <strong>Park</strong> area. We call it The<br />
Community Builders Network<br />
Most of us lead busy lives both at home and work, if you commute to work then you<br />
probably start early and finish late. Not to mention the time spent bringing up a<br />
modern family – if that is part of your life. So, we know that your spare time is<br />
limited and precious. Yet most of us, if we could, would like to give something back<br />
to build our local Community and Society at large.<br />
As an example of our ongoing community work<br />
we are now looking <strong>for</strong> people to help us<br />
support lonely people by offering them<br />
occasional help and support. You don’t need<br />
to be medically-trained, you just need a desire<br />
to help another fellow human.<br />
We are also looking <strong>for</strong> people to help organise<br />
this <strong>Beer</strong> <strong>Festival</strong> next year as part of our<br />
Fundraising ef<strong>for</strong>ts.<br />
Equally, we need assistance at our ‘Helmet and Clothing’ storage marquees at British<br />
Superbike races, both at Brands Hatch and at other circuits in England.<br />
But perhaps you have other ideas about how you would like to help Society as a<br />
Rotary Volunteer?<br />
The new group will meet in<strong>for</strong>mally <strong>for</strong> an hour or so to take part in projects and in<br />
between use social media and technology to keep in touch to make sure people can<br />
be engaged in projects even when they can’t get to physical meetings. A New<br />
Rotary <strong>for</strong> busy, yet caring people on the move!<br />
