“..imagine if our buildings, our bridges, machines, all of our bricks
could actually compute...”
Skylar Tibbits
It is the year 2100. With the new century, Miami lie submerged due to
sea levels rising. How can we change the future?
Programmable matter and 4d printing offer us self-assembly in our
physical environment. However, to decode the DNA of how our
buildings grow, we need to learn from nature and biology. From there,
we can obtain a sequence and use that to fold up, or reconfigure.
Sometimes to move forward we need to start by learning from
evolution, from the past, from the beggining.

...Unusual feelings colonized my core
Unusual heartbeats race their way out of my pores
My body tries to shake peculiar sensations away
Skin glowing with sweaty drops going insane
Nerves breaking
Hands shaking
Nervousness took over by surprise
Never felt like this around you
My heart sounds like an excited child
Running around like a fool
Wondering when's the time to open the presents...
