Phase 2: Week 3 and 4<br />
During weeks 3 and 4 of the program, you will train 2 days per week. These days will be<br />
listed as days A and B. Which actual days you choose are up to you, but I recommend at<br />
least a full day of no work in between the training days, such as a Tuesday/Thursday split<br />
or even Monday/Thursday.<br />
Day A: Rubber Band Extensions<br />
Loop a #84 rubber band from staples around the outsides of the fingers and thumbs.<br />
Open the fingers and thumb against them. Perform 100 total repetitions with each hand,<br />
taking breaks as needed.<br />
