As I've noted before, doing this work has kept the epicondylitis away for well over two<br />

years. In fact, the last time I had actual epicondylitis was in the Winter of 2009, early<br />

2010, so it is actually over 3 years now. I've strained muscles in the lower arms here and<br />

there, but they were mainly from accidents, going to heavy, or from steel bending, rather<br />

than from overuse injuries and cumulative trauma.<br />

Whether you have had Tennsi Elbow or Golfer's Elbow, or similar conditions in the past<br />

or not, I don't ever want you to have them going forward. This program, if you follow it<br />

even close to how I've laid it out, will keep you epicondylitis free.<br />
