I have 2 beautiful boys, aged 11 and 2. I have always<br />
been within the beauty industry. I am a Therapist<br />
by trade, as well as an educator. I have past experience<br />
within account management as well as being an area<br />
manager. So you are in very capable hands.<br />

beauty obsessed, I love fashion and I’m dog crazy!<br />
I have been in the beauty industry for 10 years.<br />
I am a trained beauty therapist and eyelash technician.<br />
My background prior to Graftons was store manager<br />
at a wholesalers, so I have had many years’ experience<br />
supporting salons with the right products and advice<br />
for their clients.<br />

I will be the salons main point of contact. Whether they<br />
need to place an order, book on to an education course,<br />
product advice, education tips they can either call me<br />
or email me.<br />
WHAT EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT CAN YOU<br />
GIVE THE SALONS?<br />
I know a lot about the products myself, I also use the<br />
products on my own clients, therefore I will be able to<br />
trouble shoot over the phone. If it is a course they would<br />
like to book on to I can point them in the right direction,<br />
tell them prices, prerequisites and dates. I can also book<br />
them on to the training courses. We also have plenty of<br />
educational videos that I can email out.<br />
YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT AND WHY?<br />
I absolutely love ORLY Nailtrition. I use<br />
a lot of gels on my nails and sometimes<br />
need a bit of a break. Nailtrition is perfect<br />
for this and really gives your nails the<br />
nutrients back that they need after gel<br />
application. It also has a little bit of colour<br />
so your nails don’t feel too naked.<br />

customer service within the beauty industry – so I will<br />
always do my upmost to ensure my salons are happy<br />

on each of our brands so we can offer our salons the<br />
