The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room<br />
is nestled perfectly between the<br />
CBD & The Rocks and just a stones<br />
throw from Circular Quay, making<br />
it the perfect spot to play host to<br />
a lavish cocktail event or intimate<br />
seated dinner.<br />
Inspired by the old world oysters<br />
bars of New York and London, The<br />
Morrison’s interiors feature wood<br />
panelling, exposed brick walls and<br />
cut back concrete and masonry<br />
that pay homage to its history<br />
as the ‘Brooklyn Overalls’ textile<br />
factory.<br />
It is a polished gem finished off<br />
with unique mosaic tables, custom<br />
made furniture & 3 separate bars.<br />

The Conservatory is a beautiful and versatile<br />
space that can play host to up to 150 people<br />
for a cocktail style event or 80 people for a<br />
seated set menu or banquet.<br />
The Conservatory features a large retractable<br />
roof and statement fireplace making it the<br />
perfect space for any occasion all year round.<br />

The Oyster Room boasts all things<br />
quintessentially “Morrison”. Here is where<br />
some of Australia’s freshest oysters are<br />
shucked – right before your very eyes!<br />
An event in the Oyster Room is the perfect<br />
opportunity to get up and close to the<br />
shucking action. This space is semi exclusive<br />
area within our Main Bar, perfect for cocktail<br />
groups ofup to 60 guests.<br />

Private, intimate and brooding, The Parlour<br />
pays homage to The Morrison’s former life<br />
as the Brooklyn Hotel. Boasting its own bar,<br />
long banquette and high tables, The Parlour<br />
exudes understated charm.<br />
The Parlour has a capacity of 80 people for a<br />
cocktail style event.<br />

Hailing from West Yorkshire, Sean<br />
Connolly began his lifelong passion<br />
for cooking as an apprentice at the<br />
age of 13, immigrating to the sunny<br />
shores of Australia in 1988.<br />
His signature style of home<br />
inspired cooking, using seasonal<br />
produce cooked on the bone<br />
and shell wherever possible has<br />
fast become a trademark of The<br />
Morrison’s seasonal menus.<br />
We chose produce that is fresh,<br />
free range and cut from the bone.<br />
Our oysters delivered fresh from<br />
the farm daily and shucked to<br />
order.
