DAN BOYUM

DEVELOPMENT
Dan is Vice President of Capital
Markets and Development
of KWB, LLC. Dan’s primary
role is development of equity
capital sources and investor relations. Additionally, Dan’s
responsibilities include oversight of hotel acquisition
and development, market evaluation and portfolio value
enhancement. Dan served as Vice President of Investor
Relations for SHP, Inc. from its inception in 2011 through
March 2014. He served as Director of Sales for Summit
Capital Partners, LLC from 2008 through 2011. Summit
Capital Partners, LLC was a registered broker-dealer which
raised equity and debt investments for SHP, LLC and nonhotel
real estate companies owned by Mr. Boekelheide.
Prior to joining Summit Capital Partners, LLC, Dan served
as a Registered Representative 1992 to 2008 with
various investment firms including Morgan Stanley and
Dain Bosworth.
DANNY AMUNDSON
VICE PRESIDENT,
ASSET MANAGEMENT & FINANCE
Danny is Vice President of
KWB Hotel Partners, LLC and
Vice President – Development
and Finance of its Managing
Member, KWB, LLC. Danny’s
responsibilities include oversight of hotel operations as
well as identification and analysis of development and
acquisition opportunities and implementation of debt
structure. Danny is also responsible for leading real
estate due diligence and the development process. Prior
to joining KWB, LLC Danny founded, owned and operated
Inside the Ropes, a philanthropic international hospitality
and event management company. Danny also served
as Director of Membership of Sutton Bay Golf Club.
Danny received his B.S. degree in Business Finance from
Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
JOLYNN SORUM
CONTROLLER,
TREASURER & SECRETARY
JoLynn has over 20 years of
experience managing the
accounting, tax and audit
functions of hotel companies.
JoLynn served as Vice President,
Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for SHP, Inc. from
its inception in 2011 through April 2013. She also served
as the Controller for Summit Hotel Properties, LLC from its
inception in 2004 through 2011, and as the accounting
manager and Controller for The Summit Group Inc. from
1998 through 2011. Prior to that she was employed by
First Premier Bank as a Finance Officer for three years and
for Western Bank as an Internal Auditor for seven years.
JoLynn is a Certified Public Accountant, currently serving
as President of the South Dakota CPA Society. JoLynn
earned a B.S. degree in accounting from Huron University.
LYNETTE CROSS
DIRECTOR, RECRUITING &
HUMAN RESOURCES
Lynette is an accomplished
professional with 15 years of
human resource and talent
acquisition experience. She has
earned a reputation for dedication
and teamwork making her an approachable, accessible
and credible business partner and collaborator across all
levels of an organization as it relates to employee relations
and recruitment. Lynette holds a BA in Health and Hospital
Administration from Augustana University and has extensive
experience in the hospitality industry having started her
hotel HR career with The Summit Group, Inc. in 2008
before transitioning to the Corporate Talent Acquisition
team for Interstate Hotels & Resorts in 2011. Since joining
the KWB family in 2017, Lynette has been committed to
creating a firm foundation upon which to build our Human
Resources division, forming a solid pipeline for recruiting
top talent while fostering associate engagement and talent
development across the company.
